Welcome to Oceanview Villa Señorío de Nava. Our villa is designed to give you the relaxation you deserve, right by the beach, where you wake up to the sound of the waves and spend the day in the sunshine.
The villa sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a balcony over the sea. It sits in a private, fully fenced complex with 24-hour surveillance, between the Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur courses.

The house was finished to a very high standard. The kids loved the pool, which was beautifully lit in the evening. Floor to ceiling windows, great views of the ocean and the bay, accompanied by the sounds of the waves. Easy to walk to the local restaurants and supermarket. Would be happy to return!
The villa is even more spectacular than in the pictures. It has everything a family needs: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and an amazing outside area. We all loved the heated pool and spent lots of time there!

Yes. We offer stays longer than 30 days and up to three months. Get in touch for a quote.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Earlier arrivals and later departures are possible, subject to availability.
Do I have to arrive at a specific time?
No. Access is with electronic keys. We send you the information on the day of arrival and you enter at your convenience. We are available if you need help.
Is parking available?
There is a private garage for one car, and plenty of free parking outside the house.
Does the house have air conditioning?
Yes, every room has A/C.
Is there direct access to the beach?
Yes. The villa has direct access to the beach and the seafront promenade, 50 metres away.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes. The villa is in a peaceful residential area of a golf resort, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Do I need a car?
Not for the beach, shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance. To explore the island (Teide, Masca, Anaga) we recommend renting one; the villa has a private garage. The south airport is 15 minutes away.

The Nava family arrived in Tenerife in 1673, beginning a legacy that spans centuries. Today Oceanview Villa Señorío de Nava is a family business run by Francisco de Ascanio, offering holiday stays since 2022 with the attention and personal touch of a family home.
The villa is inside a private, fully fenced complex, 50 metres from the sea with direct access and an unrestricted view, between the Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur courses.
